1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Moovio website, operated by Moovio Fashion Hub PVT LTD. By using our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration and checkout process.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Product Information & Availability

  • Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions at any time.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST (GST No: 21AAQCM9990E1Z1).

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Partial COD Policy: To minimize "Return to Origin" (RTO) risks, customers identified with a High or Mid RTO risk profile will be required to pay a non-refundable partial payment of β‚Ή99 to confirm a COD order. This amount will be deducted from the total order value.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timelines: Prepaid orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. COD orders are delivered within 7–8 business days.

  • Risk of Loss: All items are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: 4 days from delivery.

  • Exchange Window: 7 days from delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must upload a clear image of the product to the "My Account" section or provide it to support to initiate a request.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Moovio Fashion Hub PVT LTD and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, transmit harmful code, or submit defamatory or offensive content via reviews or comments.

10. Limitation of Liability

Moovio provides its products and services β€œas is” without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moovio Fashion Hub PVT LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
