1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Accuracy of Information

  • We strive to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • In the event of a pricing error, Moovio reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timelines: Prepaid orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are delivered within 7–8 business days.

  • Carrier Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, Moovio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & RTO Risk

  • Partial Payment Policy: To ensure order commitment and minimize "Return to Origin" (RTO) instances, we use a risk-assessment system.

  • If an order is identified as High or Mid RTO Risk, the customer is required to pay a partial COD amount of ₹99 upfront to confirm the order.

  • This ₹99 is a commitment fee and will be deducted from the total invoice value payable at the time of delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your use of our service is also governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which includes:

  • Returns: Must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Mandatory Image: A clear image of the product is strictly required for approval.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items like innerwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

6. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You can manage your orders, returns, and exchanges directly through the "My Account" section of the website.

7. Intellectual Property

The name Moovio, our logo, and all related product names and slogans are trademarks of Moovio Fashion Hub PVT LTD. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moovio Fashion Hub PVT LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
