📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How long will it take for my Moovio order to arrive?

  • Prepaid Orders: Fast-tracked delivery within 3–4 business days.

  • COD Orders: Standard delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • Note: All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.


2. Is there a shipping charge?
Not at all! Moovio offers Free Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.


3. Why do I need to take a confirmation call?
To ensure your order reaches the correct address and to prevent fraudulent bookings, we verify every order via a phone call. Your order will remain in "Processing" until we speak with you. If you miss our call, please contact us at +91 81148 62369.


💳 PAYMENTS & COD

4. Why am I being asked for a ₹99 partial payment on a COD order?
If our system identifies a High or Mid RTO (Return to Origin) risk based on delivery history, we require a small commitment fee of ₹99 to confirm the order. This amount is fully deducted from your total bill at the time of delivery.


5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and Cash on Delivery (COD).


🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

6. What is the timeframe for returns and exchanges?

  • Returns: You must initiate a request within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges: You have 7 days to request a size or product exchange.


7. Why is it mandatory to upload a product image?
To approve a return or exchange, we must verify the product's condition. A clear image ensures that the item is unused and has all tags intact, allowing us to process your request much faster.


8. How do I start a return or exchange?
The easiest way is through the "My Account" section on our website. Simply log in, select your order, and follow the prompts to upload your images. Alternatively, email us at care@mooviofashion.com.


💰 REFUNDS

9. How and when will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Prepaid: Refunded to your original payment method.

  • COD: Issued as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer, as per your choice.


⚠️ ISSUES & SUPPORT

10. I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
We are so sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us within 24 hours at care@mooviofashion.com with photos of the damaged/wrong product. We will arrange a free priority replacement for you immediately.
